Anne Mann Celebrates asked me to be an additional photographer at Mikhali & Daniel's Jewish Wedding. What can I say? To be asked by this powerhouse of a lady to document such a beautiful occasion is an enormous honor. Paired with the luscious detailed floral, clinically put together by Fleur de Cordeur, Choni G's dreamlike voice & Something different's decor. The wedding was sure to be an elegant, classy & visually remarkable occasion!
The day started off at Boschendal's manor house, where Daniel and his retinue were dressed and ready to take on the day. The Olive Press area had been transformed into a magical oasis paired with the timeless backdrop of Boschendal's mountains. The bedeken area was an environment consisting of exploding emotions accentuated by blooming floral details.
The ceremony area comprised of one of the most beautiful chuppah's I've ever seen, personified by captivating text on the walkway. With Ghoni G serenading everyone with his crystal clear voice, the smashing of the glass was punctuated by an explosion of confetti. What a moment!
The Israeli dancing took place under the Marquee area as the sun was setting. As the sun sets it causes the visible mountains to attain a distinctively Stellenbosch-like warm glow.
The reception felt like you were entering an alien, majestic floral wonderland. The effort and detail taken for these fine details to be arranged exude brilliance. Truly an unforgettable day!
